MotoGP has officially announced its 2020 calendar, including the return of the Finnish Grand Prix.

As Autosport revealed last weekend, the planned schedule also includes the Thai round moving from late in the season to near the start.

The draft calendar released on Wednesday notes that the Finland round is “subject to FIM homologation” of the new KymiRing circuit (pictured above). That event gets a mid-July slot leading into the series’ summer break.

The Brno race in August is listed as “subject to contract”.

Czech MotoGP rider Karel Abraham said earlier this season that there was the possibility this year’s Brno race could be the last, despite the current contract running through 2020.

The addition of Finland creates a 20-race calendar, the longest in MotoGP history, starting on March 8 in Qatar and ending on November 15 at Valencia.
