Sebastian Vettel’s third win of the Formula 1 season came on a track that many, including Mercedes, expected to better suit Lewis Hamilton and Valtteri Bottas.
Hamilton’s run of three straight wins in Montreal came to an end though, despite Vettel starting the weekend with what he called a “disaster” of a Friday.
That put Vettel back on top in the championship by just one point as the Mercedes vs Ferrari fight continues to be determined by tiny margins.
