Williams is set to reveal the first look of its 2018 Formula 1 challenger on February 15 at its season launch event in London.
The FW41 will be the first Williams chief technical officer Paddy Lowe has had influence on from the start since rejoining the team last March.
Lowe has said Williams will make “quite substantial changes” to key areas of its car’s philosophy for the coming season.
The team finished fifth in the constructors’ championship in 2017, 104 points adrift of Force India in fourth.
Williams will have the youngest line-up on the grid, with Sergey Sirotkin making his F1 racing debut alongside Lance Stroll and Robert Kubica fulfilling the role of reserve and development driver.
Autosport understands speculation Williams may miss the first test due to delays in the build of its 2018 challenger is wide of the mark.
The team is believed to be on plan and set to run at the Barcelona test, which starts on February 26.
